Delivery is free on every order. We deliver to UK addresses only.

How we send it

Royal Mail Tracked 48, in letterbox-friendly packaging.

When it's sent

Orders placed before 12pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are sent the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are sent the next working day. Plan orders are sent the same way on each delivery date.

When it arrives

Usually 2 to 3 working days after you order. Busy periods can take a little longer.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order is sent.

Something wrong?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of being sent, or arrives damaged, email help@volyoume.co.uk and we'll replace it or refund you.
