Changed your mind?

You can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it. Email help@volyoume.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the returns address. Please send the items back unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving them. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

For hygiene reasons, we can't take back serum or gummies once they've been opened, unless they're faulty.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email help@volyoume.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you.
