At Volyoume, we are committed to sustainability, and as part of our efforts to reduce waste, all of our treatment products are carefully crafted and made to order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a treatment product has been dispatched. However, in the rare and unfortunate instance that your treatment product arrives damaged, we ask that you contact our customer support team at help@volyoume.co.uk as soon as possible. We will promptly investigate the matter with our delivery partner and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
